This Mystery School course
consists of five lessons. Each lesson will include written material with
graphics for study, a lecture, a meditation exercise, homework that will
be emailed to Heron, and discussions questions for the discussion board.
Everyone taking the course will have access to the Discussion Board so
opportunity will be available to connect with others who are studying
the same Material. You may work through the lessons at your own pace.

In addition to the online Entering the Circles of the Soul Series, there are four workbook courses in the Mystery School series, designed to help develop self mastery. These courses can be completed by using the workbooks on your own or in a mentorship relationship with Heron. Each of the workbooks has exercises and journaling questions and courses can be done in any order. You can contact Heron for an application for doing mentoring work with her.

This is a nice introduction to understanding yourself as a multidimensional being. Material and exercises are aimed at providing a foundation for beginning to master your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies to live with awareness of yourself as a whole being.
