Feet on the Earth, Head in the Stars, and Heart at the Center of the Universe:
(Developing Skills in Spiritual Leadership)

Using this workbook as a Mystery School course...

While this workbook can be used on your own, you may also use it as a course of study with me in a mentoring relationship.  This course is divided into six units with four parts in each unit.  It is a self study course where you will work through the questions and exercises for two parts and then we will meet in person, by phone, or in cyberspace to discuss what has come up for you and any questions that you have.

For example, in the first unit you will complete Part One and Part Two.  Journal about each of the questions and make a note of any questions that you have or any awareness that comes to you that you would like to talk about.  The questions with each wheel are thought and feeling questions.  There are no correct answers and they are designed to help you know yourself better and to identify your areas of strength and areas of growth.  Once you have completed this amount of work or are close to finishing it, schedule time with me to discuss it.  Then you can go on to Part Three and Part Four and we will talk again after that is complete.

People tend to get bogged down with all the questions in Unit One because there are no direct answers and it creates a lot of introspection.  Not all of the questions will be equally important to you.  Some will create a reaction and some will not.  Focus most on the questions that create emotion in you, for that is where the treasure lies.  Take as long as you like with each section, but try to stay in the place where the material is working you, rather than just turning away from it when you are frustrated or blocked.

Notice as you go through the wheels of Unit One how each wheel is related to the next through the four directions.  It can be very enlightening to discover that all of your strengths are in one direction while work areas are all in another.  It might indicate the need to focus on a better relationship with that direction and all it represents.
The first two units are self assessment while Units Three through Five are skill development.  Some of the exercises in the skill development section may take some time to do.  I highly encourage you to do all the exercises even if you think you have done them before.  Exercises, like stories, teach us relative to our developmental level at the time we do them, so they are worth repeating as we grow.
If you have questions as you are moving through the material please feel free to call (585) 924-5620 or send e-mail to me at LHWind@aol.com

If you choose to use this work book as a course you will need to fill out an application and we will discuss the cost at that time.

Thanks,
