The Full Moon in Capricorn
helps us to focus on what we wish to manifest in our lives. We have the
ability to create a new world with the thoughts, words and actions we
choose each day. The Lunar Eclipse is the first of three eclipses all
about 2 weeks apart. All eclipses are times of stepping through a doorway,
leaving the old world, beliefs, and patterns behind and opening to something
new. Stay very aware as we go through this time, noticing any old patterns
that are not in alignment with what you wish to create, releasing them,
and then focusing on new harmonious patterns.
The Total Solar Eclipse
on the 21st of July is at 10:35 PM EDT and therefore not visible in the
Eastern US. It is, however, the longest eclipse in 100 years. While the
Lunar Eclipses focus on releasing inner emotional patterns, the Solar
Eclipse focuses on releasing outer physical patterns, and perhaps a shift
in our perception of the outer world. The second Lunar Eclipse will be
on August 5th at 8:39 EDT, also not visible in the North East US. It marks
Lunar Lammas, or the feast of the grain harvest.
I will try to update you
around the time of the next Full Moon but I am taking a break from writing
the newsletter this summer to work on some other things. Hopefully the
newsletters will resume in September.
