Inspiration comes
Like sunshine at daybreak
Warming heart and soul

A song of silence
Lies beneath my many thoughts
Waiting for presence

First be with what is
Then through simple acceptance
Change is possible

What's Happening?

The Spring Equinox is the day before the Full Moon this month multiplying the intensity of the energy and at the same time we have Easter energy. This particular energy acceleration could be felt at least two weeks ahead of time.

The Equinox calls for balance of all opposites - day and night - and the Full Moon in Libra makes us painfully aware of anything that is out of balance within us or in our lives. The Moon asks us to come into balance and live our lives in beauty. As we can see by all that is rising into awareness with the high energy right now, there is little room for lack of integrity. What you believe must match what you say, what you do, and how you live your life. No more espousing lofty beliefs and then going about business as usual in a less than conscious way. Both the Equinox and Full Moon will help you see what must come into balance and integrity in your life as we move into a more sacred way of living.

Integrity comes
When can live who I Am
From the inside out

Pathway to the Stars: Entering the Circle of the Soul

Mystery School takes us on a journey to higher consciousness and the embodiment of the divine energy that we are. A prerequisite to using the laws of the universe, such as the Law of Attraction, in a conscious and deliberate way, is to be in alignment with your Higher Self or Soul. Manifestation from a lower level of consciousness usually brings us more lessons on mastering ourselves rather than the result that we desire. This course helps you to master each level of consciousness so that you may become a more conscious creator in your life.

This Mystery School course consists of five lessons. Each lesson includes written material with illustrations for study, a lecture, meditation exercises, homework that is emailed to Heron, and discussions questions for the discussion board. Everyone taking the course has access to the Discussion Group so opportunity is available to connect with others who are studying the same Material. You may work through the lessons at your own pace.

Lesson 1 - Circles of Consciousness
Lesson 2 - Mastering the Circle of the Mind
Lesson 3 - Mastering the Circle of the Heart
Lesson 4 - Mastering the Circle of the Soul
Lesson 5 - Living from Awareness

Stalking awareness
Is like looking for water
While swimming in it

Ritual

Creating a Toolbox - Create a special journal in which you can list all the tools you have learned for shifting to a higher consciousness and coming into a heart-centered way of being in the moment. If some of them have instructions that go with them, write those down also so you have quick access to the method for shifting your consciousness. You could also place on your altar symbols of these tools or even create an actual medicine bag in which you place either symbols for the tools or the name of the tool and instructions written on a card. Then when you need some tools to deal with what is facing you in your experience, you can actually go to the bag and draw one out.

Make an intention with this Full Moon and Equinox to live your life in a more sacred way using all the tools you have acquired.

Spiritual tools
Enhance my everyday life
Use them each moment

Meditation Exercise

Seeding Intention - Get comfortable and take a few deep breaths, grounding your self with a root from your tailbone and extending branches through your crown to the sky and stars. Imagine yourself going through your day using the tools that you have acquired. See yourself getting your buttons pushed, even remember the last time that happened when emotions arose within you and you acted out old patterns. Replay the scene and imagine yourself stopping and looking for your medicine bag and reaching in to get a tool out. Notice what tool you drew out. Imagine now yourself using that tool in that situation. How did that feel? What happened differently as a result? Replay other scenes where you needed to deal with problems that came up or conflicts that arose within or outside of you. When you are finished come back into now and go about your day of sacred living.

Creates the pathway to where
You have not yet been

Sacred Living

Linda Heron Wind

So many of us have spent the last few years learning many different things. We have learned about the ego (or false self) and the authentic inner self, about oneness and energy fields, about how to work with our thoughts and emotions, and how to bring our actions into integrity with our highest beliefs. Even if you haven't been working for years on these things and you are relatively new to spiritual transformation, it is likely that these ideas are now part of your conscious awareness. Unfortunately, learning about things and living them are not the same.

We can think of all that we have learned and even practiced a bit as being our bag of tools or medicine bag. We carry it around with us but often forget to look to see what tools are there to work with the situations we encounter in our daily lives. Often we end up responding to problems, difficulties, and conflict (inner or outer) in very unconscious ways that are left over from our childhood or another era.The drama that ensues or the effects of those old ways are not how we want to live our lives or consistent with the highest beliefs we hold.

Living a sacred life means that we approach our day-to-day experience in a sacred manner. This includes the ability to be conscious and step back for a moment from the situation that has entered our experience long enough to check out what tools we might have in the medicine bag that we can use to address the situation. These sacred tools allow us to respond from the highest place within ourselves rather than the old unconscious patterns.

Sacred tools all create similar results.

  • They bring us into a more heart-centered place.
  • The attitude the mind holds is peaceful and curious.
  • The emotions are neutral or positive.
  • Words and actions await direction from the heart.
  • Awareness is directed to the feeling level of the moment and the presence of the divine in all that is involved.

Whatever tool we use is the steppingstone or doorway that allows us to move from a lower level of consciousness to a higher perspective. Since we are not in Kansas anymore (where the unconscious patterns work), and Oz requires us to take a more expanded view of any experience, using your spiritual tools is necessary to be successful in achieving satisfying outcomes. The good news is that humanity has now reached a level of consciousness that allows anyone to tune into the higher vibrations - sort of like the restrictions on our Inner-net access have been removed. The key of course is that we need to know how to sign on to the Inner-net, or vast awareness that lives within us.

So what are the spiritual tools that are in your tool bag? They may be slightly different for each one of us. When I look within my bag, here are some of the tools I see:

  • meditation
  • breath work
  • affirmations
  • tapping acupuncture points (such as EFT)
  • Qi Gong
  • prayer
  • mindfulness
  • sitting or walking in nature
  • shamanic journey
  • muscle testing for truth
  • dream work
  • looking for mirrors
  • thought shifting or telling different stories
  • identifying stories versus facts
  • surrender to the moment
  • acceptance of what is
  • looking for beauty
  • inspiration
  • offering your thoughts, emotions, and actions to God
  • forgiveness of self and others

The list could go on. Those are just the ones at the top of the bag and if I dig around a little, more will surface. I am sure that you have lots of tools in your bag as well. Take an inventory so they will be more consciously available to you as you cultivate a more sacred way of living your life.

Turn over to God
All within that blocks the way
To sacred living

Living divinely
Through sacred technology
The future is here
