Winds of Change
New
vision and inspiration for the journey. Blue Moon Newsletter (2nd Full Moon in May)
May 31, 2007, Full Blue Moon in Sagittarius
When there is a second Full Moon within a
calendar month it is called a Blue Moon. Since it does not happen more
than once or twice a year, we have the expression, Once in a Blue
Moon. Well, what I am being told is that this rare event is giving
us a little extra energy on top of the usual Full Moon surge - perhaps
an energetic tidal wave. Waves of energy are neither good
nor bad, they simply intensify whatever energy is already
present. If you are in a bad mood, it makes it even worse, while if you
are in a good mood, it gets even better. So watch your vibrational rate
as you approach this energetic doorway. The Full Moon in Sagittarius opens the doorway to the unknown. Keep a joyful perspective and stay in the present moment to surf these waves. If you fall off your surfboard, just laugh and get back on. That way you won't get caught in the undertow! Joy is energy

with CDs - see website for details) Pathway to the Stars: Entering the Circle of the Soul Mystery School takes us on a journey to higher consciousness and the embodiment of the divine energy that we are. A prerequisite to using the laws of the universe, such as the Law of Attraction, in a conscious and deliberate way, is to be in alignment with your Higher Self or Soul. Manifestation from a lower level of consciousness usually brings us more lessons on mastering ourselves rather than the result that we desire. This course helps you to master each level of consciousness so that you may become a more conscious creator in your life. This Mystery School course consists of five lessons. Each lesson includes written material with graphics for study, a lecture, meditation exercises, homework that is emailed to Heron, and discussions questions for the discussion board. Everyone taking the course has access to the Discussion Board so opportunity is available to connect with others who are studying the same Material. You may work through the lessons at your own pace. Being Joy - Take a nice deep breath or two and ground yourself by pushing a root down into the Earth as well as branches up into the Sky. As you begin to relax, notice the present moment. Where are you? How does your body feel? What is your emotional state? What is your mind interested in chattering about? As you notice these things, look at them as an observer of yourself and the moment. Allow your observer to be amused by what it observes, even if it is pain in the body or a mind running circles around itself. Just smile at each part of yourself and environment that you become aware of. This joy that you begin to feel by just observing and allowing, seems to just bubble up from deep within you like a spring bubbles up from within the sacred mountain. As you come back to your everyday awareness and go about your day, remain the observer and be amused by what you are observing. Let the spring of joy keep flowing. Focus on today

It is important to keep a sense of humor as
you navigate through the waves of energy. Coyote always keeps me on my
toes when I start to take things too seriously! I think that coyote works
for the Grand Teachers in the universe as they devise their latest tests,
and, of course, as you learn more, the tests keep getting harder. For example, while meditating I was given a
message that it was important to clear space today. Oh, I thought, how
nice, I have wanted to get the rest of my Spring-cleaning done. Well,
little did I know that the space clearing would be clearing the mouse
colony out of my camper. What I thought would be a one-hour job turned
out to be a day's worth of cleaning. As soon as I saw the mess, I remembered
my meditation that morning and knew that the real test would be the attitude
with which I undertook the job. Cleaning space in the house seemed like
a joyful activity. Could I carry that same feeling into the messy job
of cleaning my camper, especially when there were lots of other things
I had planned to do that day that would not get done? I didn't fail the
test completely, but it was challenging! Certainly this and other recent experiences
have made me realize that, while there is no lack of communication from
spirit, my mind does not always interpret that communication accurately.
It would probably be better if my mind did not get into the act at all
and I stayed with the feeling level of the communication, which is always
accurate. However, my mind always needs to get its two cents in and many
times I fall into that trap of thinking that I know something just because
it is logical to my mind. The waves of energy that are coming through
enable me to see very clearly the limitations of my mind in interpreting
spiritual information. When my mind says there is not enough time and
I begin to rush around, immediately some unexpected event happens that
takes up way more time than I believed I had. When I laugh at my antics
and relax into the moment, time unfolds and what needs doing gets done
with little effort on my part. This immediate feedback that the intensity
of the energy is creating, is very helpful to bring both awareness and
opportunities to change old patterns. My focus these days is in responding to spirit,
my mind and unexpected events differently. My response to spiritual communication
is to stay open and hold the feeling level of the communication. My response
to my mind is to gently remind it that it is only making a guess as to
the meaning of the message. My response to the unexpected is to know that
it is only a call back to joy and the moment. Letting go of interpretation
allows me to enjoy the mystery as it unfolds.
