I think I am finally settling into this new time of changes. It is a bit like rafting down an unknown river - there are exquisite places I could not have dreamed up and challenges I would not have expected. More and more I see that the important thing is to enjoy the ride. As we prepare for our first children's Earth School, I am reminded by the song and dance called, Tara Tames the Eight Fears, "The important thing is that you love every single day; that's the way to happiness, that's all I have to say."
Flowing with the change Mastery of Awareness Mystery School is an opportunity to learn and put into practice skills in energy awareness, telepathic communication, soul travel and connecting with Light Beings. Annette Margaret and I will be facilitating this powerful experience. Awareness resides
Mother-Daughter Earth School is an opportunity to go to camp with your daughter. Why would you want to do this? We work with emotional awareness and strategies for learning from emotions. When these are practiced within the camp community they are easy to take home. It also creates a unique bonding with you daughter around fun activities of story telling, crafts, and nature awareness. powerful as they have been used from the beginning of human time. Water
is such an amazing substance. New research shows that it responds to the
vibration of written or spoken words, forming beautiful crystals when
frozen with words such as love and peace and misshaped asymmetrical crystals
with words such as hate or war. Since our bodies are mostly water, I wonder
what influence our spoken words have on it. This ritual is in two parts. On the full moon place a bowl of water in the moon light. If you have a crystal that you want to place in the water to intensify the effect do so. Sit with this bowl and speak into it words that empower you. Tell it your dreams and visions as if they had already happened. After an hour or if you wish you can leave the bowl out until morning, drink the water. You can also offer some back to the Earth, to the plants, animals or bodies of water near you. Water receives me
Notice what seems to feed you the most and ask if it is willing to be more present in your life now. Imagine ways that it can be present daily. Do this with several of the things that feed you the most. Know that you can always access this place in your heart and feed your soul from there if necessary. As you feel all these things in your heart, come back present in your physical body and take a nice deep breath. A well-fed soul feels joy
This
Month's Article They say that breakfast is the most important meal and
I certainly would not think of skipping it. My body seems to need that
boost of protein first thing in the morning to get going after a long
night's sleep. For some time now, however, I have been feeding my soul
breakfast before I feed my body. If I had to choose between the two, I
think it would be to feed my soul. So what does my soul like for breakfast? Some prayer and song for appetizers followed by a little yoga, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi with a side of inspiration and meditation. Different souls, like different physical bodies, seem to thrive on different kinds of food. Some different possibilities might be walking in nature, beauty of any kind, chanting, listening to music, deep sharing with a friend, certain places that feel powerful, ritual, or whatever makes your heart open and your spirit sing.
