August Full Moon (Introduction) Singing the Vision It's moving
forward What's Happening? The full moon on the 12th coincides with the peak opening that allows light energy to flow into Earth, facilitating a connection with the light beings that support us through this time of changes. The opening is part of the Earth's biorhythm that is on a 20 year cycle. We have been in the acceleration for some time moving toward this peak on the full moon. The energy drops off by the 13th. It is a good time to clear yourself to create an empty container that can be filled with the light energy. It feels like the clearing has been in full swing in most peoples lives for the last few months, if not years. So let your cup be filled with moonlight and the light of the central sun on this power-filled day! Higher vibration In the fastest car

Erasing Personal Story - In the Toltec Indian shamanic
tradition, gaining power and energy begins with erasing your personal
history. The idea is that as we go through life we lose or leave energy
in places, with people, or in situations. Whenever we experience emotion,
some energy is released, whether it is happiness, anger, sadness, or fear.
If you loved the room you were in as a child or hated it, either way there
is energy of yours still attached to that room unless you have retrieved
it. A ritual practice for building energy is to pick a category
of memories that you still hold feelings around and systematically retrieve
your energy. There are many ways to do this and intention is more important
than the ritual itself. You could release through burning or burying what
your have written. You can simply hold the memory in mind and breathe
in your energy from it and then release the rest. The Toltec practice of recapitulation involves holding the
memory while you turn your head to the right. Then breathe in the memory
while you turn your head to the left. Move your head to the right then
left again to extract your energy from the situation. The breathe out
while turning your head to the right to release what is not yours. This
is done with the eyes open. It can be repeated if it feels like the memory
still has an emotional charge. The more energy you bring back into the present, the greater the power you have to create the life you want. Letting go is hard Ripe in this moment
Opening to the Light - On the full moon or a day or two
before, sit in a quiet space and focus on your breath to clear your mind.
Each breath out can be a release of anything that fills your mind or the
chalice of your body. Visualize a clear channel that runs from the top
of your head to the base of your spine. The let it expand so that there
is a sense of feeling hollow. Now open the cover at the top of you head
to allow the light to pour in, filling this hollow space. It might be
golden light or some other color. Imagine it swirling around inside your
body, bathing everything with light. Like an empty pot Body is chalice Love this container Grounding - A Deeper Perspective Grounding is a term that is used in many ways. Many who
like to soar out in the ethers think of it as an Earth tether. There is
another way to look at grounding, however, that is more intriguing and
more challenging. Most of us have learned that the spiritual journey is
made by ascending the chakras into enlightenment and, at the same time,
transcending the physical. Yet if that is true, what about the notion
that our task here on Earth is to embody spirit? How does that fit? Click
