I see
your sweet face I recognize you Your sacred voice sings My heart is filled
with What's Happening? The eclipse of the moon on the May full moon was followed by an eclipse
of the sun on the new moon, and this June full moon comes just a week
before the summer solstice which is always intense energy. Both the full
moon and the solstice carry an acceleration of the energy for manifestation.
It is wise during this time to be clear with your intentions and focus,
for whatever you hold in your thoughts, vision, and emotion will have
a full blast of these two powerful energies propelling it into the third
dimension.
Working with magic
The weekend of the Summer Solstice, I will be facilitating The Dance of the Authentic Self at Shequaga in Dansville. I am very excited about this opportunity to spend more extended time together to create a dance that will draw on the powerful Solstice energy to move to a new level of authenticity with ourselves and each other. See the web site for a workshop registration .
Manifesting with the Full Moon
Your Heart's Desire - To begin this journey, relax your body and take a few deep breaths. Imagine yourself walking down a corridor where there are two doors at the end. One door says "Ego Desires," and the other says "Desires of the Heart and Soul." Open the door to the ego desires first and explore what is in that room. Then enter the room of the heart and soul's desires. Notice what is in each room and how you feel in each room. Whatever you believe that you wish to create in your life - see which room it fits in. If what you want is found in the room of the ego desires, can it be changed in any way that will allow it to fit into the room of hour heart and soul? When you come out of the meditation write down what you have seen. Do this meditation as often as you need to until you have a sense of clarity. If you have trouble focusing in meditation you might try drawing the two rooms. Which door shall I choose? The room of my heart
The Pain of Change Is pain always a part of change? I remember a time when
I was whining a bit to a Grandmother guide in meditation and she looked
at me with her piercing eyes and said, "Pain is part of life but
suffering is optional." Needless to say, I stopped whining to contemplate
that one! Since then I have learned a lot about pain and suffering in
the cycle of change.
