New
vision and inspiration for the journey. Contents
Welcome to the second of this new series of newsletters dedicated to keeping the vibration high and helping us all remember who we are and why we are here! A new newsletter will be posted each Full Moon and, if I have your email address, I will send you some information about what is in it to alert you to check the web site. Things are happening so fast these days it helps to know what is going on in the larger picture when we are trying to interpret the events of our own personal lives. Each newsletter will contain short articles that increase awareness, poetry, a meditation, and suggested practices. There may also be some suggested readings, other web sites of interest, upcoming events, and news from the cosmos. If there are topics that you would like addressed, please email me and let me know. I am so grateful for the internet as well as the inner-net that allows us all to stay connected even though we are a distance apart in the third dimension. The magical child I just returned from a Prophets Conference in the
Florida Keys. The balmy weather and sunshine certainly warmed my body
after this cold Northeast winter, but the wisdom shared warmed my heart
and soul! Inspiration is one of the easiest ways to be instantly transported
to the higher dimensions of consciousness. The haiku below flowed from
the inspiration that grew over the four days spent with highly conscious
and loving beings, both presenters and participants. The choice of what world we wish to live in is definitely
upon us and we are presented with that choice daily in many forms. Every
relationship, word, action, thought, feeling, and intention falls in one
world or the other - the world of unity or the world of separation. Alberto
Villoldo made the statement that we are the only people on earth who were
cast out of the garden. No other people have such a myth that guides their
culture. His suggestion was that we need a massive soul retrieval to bring
back the part of us that is still in the garden. Whether we can do that
or not I don't know, but I do know that I can call back the connected
part of me, and you can call back the connected part of you. More than ever before, we are being called into mastery in our daily lives, as we release the bonds of separation and live the truth of unity and love with our neighbors, co-workers, partners, children, parents, families, "enemies," all people, all beings, and Earth herself. Love is a daily practice and we must make it the most important work we do as we let it inform each moment. My mind is a

born The Mirrors of Illusion workshop went
very well. It will be interesting to see what everyone creates using the
new mirror technique from Passion Play. I may repeat this workshop again
in the fall. The Mastery of Love is coming up the
first Sunday in April and I am very excited about this one. As in all
of my teaching, practical application of esoteric wisdom is the main focus.
I draw from many traditions to find things that really work. The next two mystery school workshops
will be offered in April and May at the CIRCLE Yurt in Victor (see workshop
schedule for dates and times). To be eligible to take these workshops
you must have completed Pathway to the Stars:
The Practice of Harmony, either the workshop
or the workbook. If you need the workbook you can order off the web site,
by email, by phone, or pick one up at my office. The purpose of this requirement
is to have everyone familiar with the concepts so we can quickly move
to a deeper level with them. Join us as we continue to learn and grow together on this magnificent adventure!! Let me know by email or phone if you want to attend. Mirrors of Illusion Inner and outer Unity Altar - On an altar place objects that represent
the opposites that you have not yet embraced. There are many possible
polarities, such as male-female, messy-neat, planned-spontaneous, early-late,
young-old, birth-death, noisy-silent, dark-light, moist-dry, high-low,
up-down, etc. You get the picture. Any of these that you have an emotional
charge on either side would be a good one to work with. Once you have created the altar, spend
some time daily holding the object on each side of the polarity, getting
to know it, feeling it, finding the part of yourself that resonates with
it. You might journal about it, looking for the people in your life that
play out the opposites, or situations where you play out one position
or the other. Notice how this polarity plays out in your daily life. When you can truly embrace each end of the polarity, transcending into unity, take those objects off the altar and find an object that represents the transcended aspect of that polarity. Journey to the Garden - You know that a part of you is living in love and connection in this garden with access to all knowledge and wisdom. Allow yourself to feel a sense of homecoming, or coming back to a place you never left on some level. Perhaps there is an animal guide with you as you open the gate and follow the garden walk. Notice the sights and smells, feel the sunshine and breeze as you walk along. Let your intuition guide you to the place where this part of you that you seek is living. When you find the part sit with it awhile and ask if it is willing to come back to your life now, bringing with it the knowledge of connection and love. It may come right away or it may give you information about what needs to change in you for it to be welcome, honored and respected. If it is willing to come back, imagine it coming into your heart as you return to your body. If not, thank it and let it know that you will be back to visit it again. David Hawkins

"I Am" - Magic Words How many times a day do you say the words "I am?" Check it out - I would bet that it is a lot. Then look at what you follow the words with to see if it is something that you want more of or less of in your life. For example, are you more likely to say, "I am happy" or "I am feeling so good" as opposed to "I am so tired" or "I am depressed?" If you are like most people there are
a lot more of the second type than the first. Click
