Winds of Change
New
vision and inspiration for the journey.
Welcome to the first of this new series of newsletters dedicated to keeping the vibration high and helping us all remember who we are and why we are here! If I have your email address, I will send you information when each newsletter is posted to the web about what is in it to alert you to check the web site. Contents:
In case you haven't noticed, things have been a bit swirly out there. There is, however, a plan behind all the apparent chaos. If we can step away from the physical illusion long enough to see the archetypal patterns that are playing out on the big screen of our lives and the world, things start to feel very familiar. The old patterns emerging are deep and potent. Clearing them is one of the most important things you will accomplish in your journey to freedom. We
each have our own part to play and our own piece of the puzzle we need
to heal, yet each piece always contains the whole and therein lies the
foundation for compassion. Each journey is a part of us and each one of
us that is able to hold a higher vibration for a longer period of time
helps the rest of us to step up a notch. When
the old patterns come up and emotions rise to the surface for clearing,
rather than projecting them out or using them as "evidence"
for your unworthiness, find where they are in your body and hold them
for a moment like you might hold an injured child. Breathe light into
them and give them their freedom rather keeping them locked up in the
old patterns of drama. Then return your focus to a heart-centeredness
and the vibration of love, connection and unity. This might seem like a lot to ask but we are being called to practice a higher level of mastery than ever before. We can no longer fall asleep into our little dramas and judgments without more serious wake up calls. When you have a higher level of knowledge, you are held to a higher standard of integrity. Who's

up from this dream! Every
challenge is Three new mystery school workshops will be offered this spring in the CIRCLE Yurt in Victor (see workshop schedule for dates and times). To be eligible to take these workshops you must have completed Pathway to the Stars: The Practice of Harmony, either the workshop or the workbook. If you need the workbook you can order it off the web site, by email, by phone, or pick one up at my office. The purpose of this requirement is to have everyone familiar with the concepts so we can quickly move to a deeper level with them. You
can take any one or all three of the workshops. I am starting to get the
information from guides that will take us to another level of applying
the things we all say we believe in - that the illusion is a mirror of
our inner vibration; that unconditional love is what will bring happiness
to our lives; and that if we have control over our own vibration the whole
world dances with us in beauty and joy. Now is the time to do what we
believe and that is what the workshops will address through stories, metaphors,
exercises, and practice. Join us as we continue to learn and grow together on this magnificent adventure!! Let me know by email or phone if you want to attend. I

do only love Ritual to for releasing worry: Place a pretty bowl on your altar. Whenever you find yourself beginning to worry about something, write the most positive outcome you can imagine on a piece of paper and put it in this bowl. As you do so say a prayer that surrenders it to your higher self to work out for your highest good and the highest good of all. For example, if I am worried about finances I might write, "I have all the money I need" on a slip of paper and put it in the bowl. Then I would say a prayer such as, "I trust that all that my financial situation will be resolved in a way that is for my highest good and the highest good of all." I can repeat that prayer whenever my mind returns to worry followed by song, chanting, mantras, etc. that are uplifting. A very powerful exercise suggested in The Power of Now is to breathe through your feet. It has the effect of pulling the energy away from your head and distributing it throughout your body. The experience is one of being fully present in the moment.
Where
am I "Where
am I?" is a question I frequently hear people asking in this time
of many changes. The "where" usually refers to life as in "where
am I in my life?" And the "how" refers to the steps one
might use to attain a goal... Click
